We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days. We will send you an email as your order is being processed and again when it has been despatched. We have some products that are made to order, these will take a little longer as they are made especially for you. An estimate of the delivery time is given with the product description and we will keep you informed about the progress of your order. We use either Royal Mail for Air-Mail and smaller orders, and various courier services for reliable larger parcel services. If you require our products urgently please contact us to let us know and select the “Next Day” option at the checkout. We aim to despatch the following day (or even the same day if we receive your order early enough) using the Royal mail next day service. The charges are, of course, higher than the standard service – these are the Royal mails charges, not ours!
(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4 below.4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Express delivery charges will not be refunded, in the case that express delivery was selected we will refund the standard delivery appropriate for the order. The costs of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you.4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund or an exchange credit as required.4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: – (i) in the event that the product has been used or has been damaged or broken.(ii) if the item has been individually personalised and is therefore unique to you. The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights. Our delivery charge detailed on your order confirmation email should be used as an estimate of return delivery costs unless express delivery has been selected. In this case please use the Royal mail website to obtain such an estimate.If you receive and item in error, or a damaged or faulty item please email us as soon as possible and certainly within 14 days of receipt.
